Scott is an experienced leader, with over 20 years licenced experience in the electrical industry.
Passionate about the industry and finding continuous
improvements within it, Scott ensures his team are up to date with training and the latest trends. Scott is highly experienced in managing, and implementing, high value, time-sensitive projects within budget and on time both at Defence and in previous roles with large contractors.
Committed to providing a strong client focus, Scott ensures he is always available to clients although he has built a strong team around him.

Mat has over 20 years licenced experience in the industry.
Mat has extensive experience in building, and leading, high quality teams. Driven by his passion for the industry and the ever changing technology surrounding it, Mat is focused on ensuring Defence, and the team, are at the forefront of current practices.
Mat is focused on automating systems and streamlining work processes, to ensure efficient and effective outcomes for Defence and clients. He lives and breathes the Defence purpose that 'Together We Succeed' and ensures this flows into all work and client interaction.
