     Department of Defence high value, 6 month project with St Hilliers Property. Working on 2 floor high security building, including  demo and make safe of existing services, installation of new infrastructure, light & power. Install of C-bus lighting control. Upgrade of existing non-compliant switchboards. 

Working across a number of Department of Defence sites including Richmond, Holsworthy, Garden Island & Williamtown over a 12-month project for Synergy.  70 existing non-compliant switchboards were removed and replaced with new compliant switchboards. This required coordination with all stakeholders to arrange power shutdowns and included after hours work.

     60 existing non-compliant switchboards across a number of Department of Defence sites including HMAS Albatros, HMAS Crestwell, Campbell Park, HMAS Harmon, Duntroon were removed and replaced with new compliant switchboards for Synergy. After hours work and clear communication was required throughout the 12-month project. 

     Large asbestos remediation project with St Hilliers for Department of Defence across various buildings. Works include Demo and make safe, replacement of non compliant DBs, new power and light services, communications (DRN) and audio visual. 

13-month project with Synergy working across a number of Department of Defence sites. Large scale project with 570 non-compliant switchboards requiring existing circuit breakers to be replaced with RCDs. Shut downs, after hours and site audits all form part of our scope. 

Aged Care facility extension of an additional 25 low dependency living 2 bedroom apartments, a community hall and under cover parking for Kela Building. Complete design and construct project including power, lighting, communications, dry fire and security. 

Brand new Aged Care Facility for Knowles Group. 12 month project across the 130 bed facility comprising of both low and high dependency living apartments, community facilities, kitchen, laundry and under cover parking. Power, lights and communications. 

Upgrade of circuit breakers to RCD at a Parramatta, Quakers Hill, Richmond, Campbelltown and Penrith University campuses for SPA Trade Services. Coordination with end users for shutdowns, night work and out of hours was required. 

Eaton recalled a large volume of RCDs due to faulty components Australia-wide. For our client, SPA Trade Services, we replaced all green button RCDs across schools, tafes and universities requiring mass coordination and out of hours work.
